Rone, specialized in manufacturing grinders and other materials for plastics, exhibits at Interplast 2010 the low noise level and tube grinding improvements made to its products. The low noise level grinder line has several models adaptable to customer needs. It offers ease of maintenance; pneumatic transport coupled to the grinder and even has the added advantage of increasing the processes’ productivity. The tube grinding line is suitable for processing parts of any length without cutting beforehand. The small size models are intended for use in pipes, profiles, sheets, injection sprues, among other elongated pieces. The robust models are for crushing automobile bumpers and panels, 200 liter drums, fuel tanks, tubes of up to 650 mm in diameter, and other bulky items.

Besides the launches, Rone takes advantage of the fair to promote other products such as grinders for PET, injected, blow molded, thermoformed and extruded parts.
